Mr. Schöndube has extensive experience in foreign investment, credit facilities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Mr. Schöndube is a member of the Board of Directors and Management Committees of several private companies primarily dedicated to the hotel industry in Mexico. Before founding Schöndube Abogados, S.C. in 2009, Mr. Schöndube worked as an associate at Baker & McKenzie in their Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Cancún offices, as well as internationally in the New York office. He also worked as an associate at Frank, Galicia, and Robles, S.C.
