• Advising the buyer in the acquisition of a company specialized in the maintenance and repair of oil wells using technology that allows, in summary, to maintain and repair wells in less time and at a lower cost, through the installment purchase of the shares of that company, with these shares serving as collateral until their full settlement by my client.
• Advising the seller in the installment sale of 03 Workover Rigs (Mobile Oil Well Repair Equipment) to a company with operations in Mexico, involving the process of transfer and import of the equipment through customs procedures.
